New Research From Hogan Assessments Highlights Benefits of Awareness Coaching for Employee Development
Combining the Science of Personality Assessment With Limited Coaching Sessions Creates Cost-Effective Development Experience

The company needed to provide high-impact professional coaching to the more than 200 recruits that participate in its international leadership development program per year on a limited budget. With Hogan's help, the company developed a program that combined powerful personality assessments with a limited number of coaching engagements to provide an impactful, cost-effective experience for its high-potential employees.
The research also highlights key findings from an impact study Hogan performed after two years of the program:
83 percent of participants said the assessments accurately reflected their personality characteristics.
66 percent of supervisors reported that participants had taken steps likely to result in performance improvements.
73 percent of coaches said the feedback was likely to have a positive impact on the participant's career.
