ZUG, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - April 9, 2012) - Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG)
(SIX: RIGN) today announced that its Proxy Statement and 2011 Annual Report are

mailed to the company's shareholders of record in advance of the company's 2012
Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 4 p.m. CEST, on May 18, 2012, in
