DiIT successful at Productronica Shanghai 2012
(PresseBox) - As already 2011 in Munich, the presentation of DiIT AG at the Shanghai Productronica 2012, Asia?s largest electronics fair, met with considerable interest among customers. With its wide range of MES-solutions, DiIT in Shanghai especially aimed at the wire processing industry and at component suppliers in the automotive industry. By now, DiIT is an undisputed market leader in this industry and capable of mapping and controlling the entire process in one homogeneous system.
Starting with the takeover of CAD drawings with DiIT?s new production plan generator PPG for the design of jig boards and the automatic generation of parts lists and work plans, going on to the control of production in the cutting area with CAO V12, that, with order optimization and a standardized operator process in conjunction with electronic real-time data capture, facilitates measurable improvements in machine utilization, quality and process documentation, right up to the implementation of customer-specific manufacturing processes and JIT/JIS logistics operations and sequencing, all processes are controlled and monitored in a comprehensive and integrated system.
Especially customer-specific manufacturing and logistics processes seem to be of growing importance for Chinese automotive suppliers. Increasingly confronted with the requirement of the manufacturers for KSK manufacturing and JIT / JIS process control, they are looking for appropriate IT solutions.
