Essex Angel Capital Inc. Announces Grant of Options

(firmenpresse) - WINDSOR, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/11/12 -- Essex Angel Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EXC) (the "Corporation") announced today that it has granted an aggregate of 2,060,290 stock options (the "Options") to certain officers, directors and employees pursuant to the Corporation's stock option plan. The Options vest in full immediately, are exercisable at a price of $0.10 and expire on April 10, 2022.
