Pan Global Resources Inc. Hires Investor Relations Firm
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/11/12 -- Pan Global Resources Inc. ("Pan Global" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PGZ) has retained the services of Daniel G. McIntyre Consulting Inc., for investor relations activities.
Mr. McIntyre has been providing Investor Relations services for the past eight years to such companies as Grayd Resources, First Majestic Silver, Crosshair Exploration and Fronteer Development Group. He joins Pan Global to focus on branding, the communication of company progress to existing and potential shareholders in the retail and institutional financial community, and to maintain live contact and information exchange with a network of financial professionals. Mr. McIntyre received a BA Honours Standing from the University of Western Ontario in 1991.

He brings excellent experience to our team and will be a great benefit in communicating our message to the investing public," said Julian Bavin, chief executive officer and president of Pan Global.
The contract is for a one-year term for $5000/month. The Company has agreed to grant Mr. McIntyre stock options to purchase up to 150,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.70 per share with a 12 month vesting period for a period of 5 years. Other than stock options, Mr. McIntyre does not own any securities of the Company, nor does he have any direct or indirect interest in the Company.
