Aker Solutions ASA: Minutes annual general meeting 2012

13 April 2012 - Aker Solutions ASA has today held its annual general meeting of
2012. Attached please find the minutes and the updated articles of association.
It was resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.90 per share. The dividend is
payable to shareholders holding shares in the company as per 13 April 2012. The
shares will be traded ex-dividend from and including 16 April 2012. The dividend
will be paid out on or about 27 April 2012.
The articles of association were amended by increasing the total number of
directors to be allowed on the board from 10 to 12.
Sarah Ryan, Nicoletta Giadrossi and Stuart Ferguson were elected as new
directors of the board, while Ida Helliesen will resign.
