Quest Rare Minerals Issues First Quarter Financial Statements

(TSX: QRM)(NYSE Amex: QRM) announces that it has issued its condensed interim financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the first quarter ended January 31, 2012. These are Quest's first interim financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS.
