was generated in the energy sector, where the demand for Machine to Machine
communication and remote worker access to operating systems triggered an
increased adoption of Redline's solutions.
With more than 150,000 installations, the company has a strong list of
customers, including Exxon, Chevron, BP, AOL, Bell, and both the US Army and US
Navy.
eResearch believes the growing demand for broadband infrastructure in remote
geographies, as well as Redline's proven expertise and ability to serve these
needs and attract blue chip clients, positions the company for another year of
record revenue and profitability. eResearch does caution investors that rapid
technological change could make Redline's product offerings obsolete, and that
the small market cap and low average daily trading volumes inhibit institutional
ownership.
The company is trading at $1.00, and with approximately 38 million shares
outstanding, is capitalized at $38 million.
