Centurion Minerals Engages Maison Placements for $1 Million Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/17/12 -- Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Maison Placements Canada Inc. to act as the lead agent in a private placement of 10,000,000 Units priced at $0.10 for total gross proceeds of $1,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.12 for a period of eighteen months following the closing. The agent shall have the option to increase the size of the issue by up to 20%.
Proceeds from this financing will be used for general working capital purposes. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
A previously announced non-brokered private placement priced at $0.30 for proceeds of up to $750,000 has been cancelled.
