Feldman Extends Exclusivity Period

The exclusivity period for the proposed private placement of securities by the Company, announced on February 6, 2012, has been extended to Friday, April 20, 2012, in order to allow the parties further time to complete negotiation of a definitive agreement. There have been no other changes to the terms and conditions of the transaction.
