RATP Dev to implement its new e-recruitment process based on the SaaS technology

TalentLink RATP Dev had no career portal software and application processing
solution, jobs ads simply being posted online via e-mail.

RATP Dev recruits mainly operational staff for its subsidiaries in many
countries. Most opportunities are for experienced candidates, including
management positions, where recruits must combine managerial know-how, technical
expertise and knowledge of the transport business. "These are positions that
require both technical and managerial skills. Great candidates are rare and
Lumesse TalentLink will allow us to more easily find these in-demand people, and
also to build and enrich our own internal talent pool of skilled managers,"
explains Sara Gallinari.
