Fanotech Announces Incorporation of VRT Environmental Consultants Inc.
(firmenpresse) - BRACEBRIDGE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/19/12 -- Gabe Tomassoni President of Fanotech Enviro Inc. and Fanotech Waste Equipment Inc. (collectively "Fanotech") is pleased to announce that on April 10, 2012 he incorporated VRT Environmental Consultants Inc., an Ontario private company (the "Company"). Mr. Tomassoni is the sole officer, director, and shareholder of VRT Environmental Consultants Inc. and no other person or entity other than Mr. Tomassoni has any ownership interest in the Company, and accordingly any press release or public disclosure document issued or filed by any person or entity that states anything to the contrary is false.
Fanotech is also pleased to announce that on April 17, 2012 it received court approval of its proposal to creditors, which was approved by near unanimous consent of its creditors on February 28, 2012.
Further Fanotech wishes to correct the public record regarding its ownership and operations. The Tomassoni family is the sole shareholders of Fanotech and no other entity has any ownership interest therein. Further Fanotech Waste Equipment Inc. was not petitioned into bankruptcy and Fanotech Enviro Inc. is not and has never been in the hands of a receiver.
Finally, Fanotech continues to operate its business of manufacturing a full line of mobile waste handling equipment for the collection and transportation of solid waste including several lines of containers and transfer station trailers and equipment. Accordingly, any press release or public disclosure document issued or filed by any person or entity that states anything to the contrary is false. The applicable regulators have been contacted concerning certain false statements regarding Fanotech made in certain public disclosure documents recently filed by Newlook Industries Corp.
Fanotech operates from two plants with a combined manufacturing space of 160,000 square feet. Fanotech product lines are known for their unique innovative features, high performance, and durability. Market expansion is planned.
