Informative meeting regarding a solution to Ruric's financial difficulties

Hereby Ruric's Board of Directors invites all bondholders and shareholders in
Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) (Ruric) to an Informative
meeting on 27th April, 10:00-12:00 at the Hotel Scandic Anglais, Humlegårdsgatan
23 in Stockholm. Refreshments will be served.

The purpose of the meeting is to give investors

* full information on Ruric's current situation
* potential solution to Ruric's problematic financial situation

The presentation material will be distributed at the meeting and simultaneously
published at the company's website, www.ruric.com.

Right to participate in the meeting is granted to shareholders and bondholders
who announce their presence latest 26th April by email at info(at)ruric.com or by
mail to the Company's head quarters at Hovslagargatan 5B, 111 48 Stockholm.
