Mill Bay Ventures Closes Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/20/12 -- Mill Bay Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MBV)(PINKSHEETS: MLBVF)(FRANKFURT: M4K) (the "Company") has closed a private placement originally announced on March 6, 2012 for gross proceeds totalling $132,000 through the sale of 2,200,000 Units. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable at $0.10 for a period of two years following the close of the private placement. The transaction is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
