Strongco to Hold Annual Meeting
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/23/12 -- Strongco Corporation (TSX: SQP) today announced it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.
The meeting will take place at the offices of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, located at 77 King Street West, Suite 400, Toronto with proceedings to begin at 10 am ET.
Following the formal portion of the meeting, Robert Dryburgh, President and Chief Executive Officer and David Wood, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will review the progress and financial performance of the Company in 2011 and the first quarter of 2012 and provide an outlook for the balance of the year.
