"The Stanley Pasture Community" Underway
(firmenpresse) - SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 04/23/12 -- Dynamic Ventures Corp. (OTCBB: DYNV) today announced its wholly owned subsidiary Bundled Builder Solutions Inc. broke ground on a new development in Stanley, North Dakota called Stanley Pasture.
The proposed community will have:
Open space area
Wetlands preserve area
Commercial sites
Single Family Residential
Multi-Family Residential
The estimated build out time of this project is between 12-24 months depending on sales.

This is the third project Dynamic Ventures has begun work on in North Dakota's oil territories. North Dakota's extremely low unemployment rate and the growth of the oil industry have led to a significant shortage in housing for new residents.
