EDB ErgoGroup ASA changes name to EVRY ASA

(Oslo, 24 April 2012) The Annual General Meeting of EDB ErgoGroup ASA resolved
unanimously on 23 April 2012 to change the company's name to EVRY ASA. The
change in name has now been formally registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The new name and new ticker code will come into effect on
the Oslo stock exchange from Thursday 26 April 2012.
