RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
African Eagle Resources plc (AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) is pleased to announce that
all resolutions put to Shareholders at today's General Meeting were passed.
The Company will release another announcement confirming the results of the
Placing and Open Offer once the final numbers are confirmed.
Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning as
those set out in the circular issued by African Eagle to its Shareholders on 5
April 2012.
