New members of the Board of Directors elected by employees

(Oslo, 25 April 2012) EVRY ASA has expanded its Board of Directors with an
additional member elected by employees in order to provide board representation
for employees of the company's Swedish activities. In addition, the company's
employees have completed the election of the Norwegian employee-elected board
members. Accordingly, EVRY now has three new board members elected by employees
for a term of office of two years.
The new employee-elected board members are:
Sigmund Ørjavik, Ingrid Lund and Jan Dahlstrøm
In addition to these three new board members, Eirik Bornø has been re-elected as
a board member elected by employees for a term of office of two years.
