(TSX VENTURE: AEL) is pleased to announce that CEO Jean Desmarais has been invited to speak at the prestigious Graphite Express conference to be held in Toronto May 2, 2012. This conference is organized by Music Resource in collaboration with the Financial Post.

Mr. Jean Desmarais will have the opportunity to present the company's graphite projects to an audience of investors and experts interested in the rapidly expanding market for graphite and grapheme.

This event is further evidence of the global attention that the expanding graphite and grapheme sectors are enjoying, and in which Amseco has strategically expended.
