Brookfield International Bank Inc. Sells Common Shares of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/27/12 -- Brookfield International Bank Inc. (formerly Trilon International Inc.) ("Brookfield International") today announced that it has sold 6,998,248 common shares ("Common Shares") of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. ("Imvescor") (TSX: IRG) at a price of $0.65 per Common Share in a private transaction.
The 6,998,248 Common Shares represent approximately 16.7% of the outstanding Common Shares. On a fully diluted basis, the 6,998,248 Common Shares represent approximately 12.2% of the outstanding Common Shares. Following the sale, Brookfield International no longer owns any Common Shares.
