Top Talent From R/GA, Digitas, Ogilvy and McCann to Drive Connectedness With Creative and Audience Insight

The all-star team has experience working with big-brand clients including Nike, Walmart and Kraft, and a trophy case that includes Cannes Gold Lions, Gold Pencils and Webbys.

Under the creative leadership of Pat Stern, chief creative officer, the senior creative hires join iCrossing's existing creative team in building connected brands for the agency's growing roster of Digital AOR accounts. Stern came to iCrossing in December 2011 to help CMOs achieve by combining creativity with data-driven audience insight.

-- An award-winning writer/producer/director, Hamm has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, including Nike, Jaguar, British Airways and Mastercard. His previous experience includes serving as executive creative director at R/GA, where he built their first interactive copy writing department, and serving as executive creative director at Euro RSCG 4D.

-- Bennett comes to iCrossing from Ogilvy, where he was a senior partner, group creative director and led creative on the global, consolidated general and digital advertising business for SAP. At Digitas, he served as vice president, group creative director and led all global digital creative for Samsung. Other brands he has worked on include Kraft, Six Flags and Verizon.

-- DiBona's experience includes a position as vice president, creative director at McCann Worldwide. He has worked with clients including Pepsi, Heineken, HBO and Gawker Media.





-- Beddoe-Stephens has extensive experience in content development and brand strategy. He was previously vice president for digital production at Zero Point Zero, who produced Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. Prior to that, he was vice president of digital media for Comedy Central, where he helped lead the expansion of their digital group.

-- Weston comes to iCrossing from R/GA, where he was a creative director and managed several teams in support of the Walmart and Unilever brands. Additional agency experience includes Ogilvy, Dentsu and MRM Worldwide. Other brands he has worked with include The U.S. Army, Nikon, GM and Toyota.
