Doxa Extends Warrant Expiry Dates
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/01/12 -- Doxa Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DXA)(OTCBB: DXAEF)(FRANFURT: 5D0) ("Doxa" or the "Company") announces that it will extend the expiry date of an aggregate 2,602,500 outstanding share purchase warrants. The subject warrants were originally issued on May 18, 2010 with original expiry date of two years. The new expiry date will provide a one year extension. The warrants continue to be exercised at their original exercise price.
The amendment to the terms of the warrants is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and any regulatory approvals.
