Beanfield Metroconnect Revamps Inspection Management With Field ID
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/02/12 -- Beanfield Metroconnect, a telecommunications service provider operating the largest private fibre-optic network in Toronto, has selected Field ID's industry-leading software to support its employee training, health and safety programs, and compliance management. Field ID's system will eliminate Beanfield Metroconnect's reliance on spreadsheet-based tracking and records.

Beanfield Metroconnect will use Field ID to manage inspections and ensure compliance with employee training requirements in a number of key areas, including: confined spaces training, work area protection, ESA training, fall arrest training, first aid training, proper use of personal protective equipment.
The company will also use Field ID for comprehensive inspection scheduling, notifications, and facility audits for three co-location facilities, a warehouse and its head office. In addition, Beanfield Metroconnect will digitize the inspection process for various equipment types, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, atmospheric testers, fall arrest harnesses, ladders, self-retracting lifelines, and shock absorbing lanyards.

All information is managed securely in the cloud and updated in real-time as inspections occur.
