(firmenpresse) - BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/02/12 -- (TSX: UNS) Tuesday May 8, 2012, at 1:30 pm, Uni-Select will hold its Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain - Le Caf'Conc room, 1, Place du Canada, Montreal, Quebec. Shareholders and general public may listen to the annual shareholders' meeting on the Uni-Select website at . The shareholders meeting will be followed by the disclosure of the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

A discussion between management of the Company and financial analysts will be held by conference call after the financial results are released.
