Chapleski, a Colorado native who graduated from Colorado State University's College of Business, has held Sales and Sales Management positions with prominent software and consulting companies across the United States. He has managed teams of six to 22 people and brings a leadership style based on support, service, flexibility, and excellence to the McGhee team.

He has a passion for leading, coaching, and inspiring people to achieve performance levels well beyond their own expectations.
