(NASDAQ: OXLC) announced today that Jonathan Cohen, Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Lane Capital Corp., will present and participate at the Wells Fargo 2012 Specialty Finance Symposium. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, with Mr. Cohen's presentation at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012.
