Torkild Nordberg leaves position as CEO Orkla Brands

Orkla and Torkild Nordberg has agreed that he will leave his position as CEO
Orkla Brands. Formalization of his leaving the position will be made in the
meeting of the board of directors of Orkla Brands one of the following days.
"Torkild Nordberg has had a significant impact on the development of Orkla
Brands, especially over the last ten years, as CEO of Orkla Brands Nordic from
2002, and as CEO of Orkla Brands from 2008. I would like to thank Torkild for
his efforts for the Group over many years", says acting president and CEO Åge
Korsvold.
