Earlier this year the Company announced the highly anticipated roll out of its new prepaid MasterCard division that aims to provide services to the world's growing unbanked and underbanked population; This launch marked the commencement of an advantageous new revenue stream for the Company through providing simple payment solutions to a market which is has been projected to exceed the $150 billion range this year.
The Company has recently concluded production of an O2USA MasterCard television commercial that is currently airing on national cable channels and online video outlets in the US. The company has also commenced a telemarketing campaign targeted toward specific consumers in the unbanked sector of the market.
Corporate growth continues at a steady rate, as the Company pursues exposure through various venues. O2 Secure Wireless has now signed 5 Independent sales reps to direct market the cards to businesses and Corporate clients and are evaluating around 25 more prospective agents.
The company is in the process of branding and consolidating the retail side to one website. The new portal will be the O2USA.com domain which will direct the consumers to the supporting websites to be able purchase the O2USACARD, the O2Cellular service as well as future O2 wireless services.
