EC HARRIS WINS MAJOR LLOYDS BANKING GROUP COMMISSION

ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consultancy, design, engineering
and management services company, today announced that its subsidiary EC Harris,
the global Built Asset Consultancy, has been appointed by Lloyds Banking Group,
the UK's largest retail bank, as its single source Professional Services
Provider (PSP) for the next three years, beginning in April 2012. EC Harris will
support Lloyds Banking Group in the delivery of capital construction across its
retail banking network, head offices and data centers throughout the UK. No
financial details were disclosed.
The move from multiple providers to a single source partner will enable Lloyds
Banking Group to deliver efficiencies and innovation into its Design and
Construction program facilitated by closer collaboration with the supply chain.
EC Harris's scope of work will include commercial management, capital planning,
project management and Construction Design Management Coordination (CDMC).
