Notification of Pethealth's First Quarter Results, Annual General Meeting and Investors' Conference Call

(TSX: PTZ) ("Pethealth" or the "Company") announced today that the Company will be releasing its first quarter results on Monday, May 14, 2012, prior to its Annual and General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to take place in Toronto at the offices of Stikeman Elliott, Commerce Court West, 199 Bay Street, Suite 5300, at 2.30 p.m. (EST) that same day.

The Company also announced that it will be holding an investors' conference call on Tuesday, May 15 at 8.30 a.m. (EST). The conference call can be accessed at 1-888-340-9761 or through the Company's website at .
