Total Quality Logistics Donates $1 per Load to the Troops; TQL Recruiter Takes Off With the Guard to Support Military Hiring

This is the fourth year that TQL has run this meaningful fundraising event, which has raised nearly $25,000 for these two organizations to date. The money is used to defray costs toward shipping tens of thousands of care packages to our brave service men and women serving in harm's way, and to provide scholarships to graduating seniors who attend a college or university that one of our fallen heroes attended.
"TQL is passionate about this effort," said Executive Vice President, Kerry Byrne. "We are grateful for the chance to support these wonderful organizations in an effort to honor the tremendous sacrifice and dedication of all of the members of our military."
Support for the military is a consistent focus of both TQL's charitable and recruitment efforts.

Disher, a Marine Corps veteran himself, will take part in an Ohio Air National Guard refueling mission, Thursday, May 10, 2012. Disher will be one of 25 Cincinnati business members to travel to Columbus, Ohio for the flight, coordinated by the Cincinnati chapter of the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (ESGR). The goal of the experience is to expose employers to what the National Guard does and encourage employer support of National Guard employees and discharged veterans. .
