Luminart Corp. [LUMP.PK] Signs First Mining Contract for Its New Town Site

(PINKSHEETS: LUMP) finalized a contract with Woodrock Inc. for an estimated 210,000 ton of Class 5 Base at $10.25 per ton over the course of the next 4 months at their New Town site. The lease contract was signed just 2 months prior and the site is already set to start mining within the next couple of days.

Luminart Corp.'s subsidiary B 3 Well Services is focused on the expansion of contract hauling materials for infrastructure development in North Dakota, mining and processing materials for road building, and expansion of the base camps in the North Dakota operations, sales and marketing.
