The Annual General Meeting of Northern Logistic Property ASA was held on
Thursday 10 May 2012 at 11:00 hours at Felix Conference Center, Aker Brygge,
Oslo. All proposed resolutions were resolved. Minutes of the Annual General
Meeting is enclosed.
Dividend of NOK 0,65 per share will be paid out on or about 23 May 2012 to the
shareholders as of 10 May 2012. The share will be quoted exclusive the right to
dividend from and including 11 May 2012.
