Stakeholder Launches Website and Social Media Program
(firmenpresse) - VAL-D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/12 -- Stakeholder Gold Corp. ("Stakeholder") (TSX VENTURE: SRC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new and updated website . The Company is also pleased to announce that it has retained the services of RBL Communications ("RBL") to manage a complete social media program. The program is designed to provide Stakeholder with a greater online presence, as well as improved investor communication and corporate branding. The program will allow for near real-time distribution of Stakeholder news, updates, interviews, and media as well as provide investors with a brand new platform to stay current and up to date on the latest company developments.

Stakeholder will pay RBL $1,450.00 per month as compensation for its services for a one-year term. Pursuant to its stock option plan and TSX Venture Exchange guidelines, Stakeholder has also granted RBL 100,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.10. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments staged over the next twelve months and will expire on May 10, 2017 or 30 days following termination of the RBL agreement.
