CNSX: 2012-0504-Consolidation-Acana Capital Corp. (APB)

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/12 -- Acana Capital Corp. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share for every ten (10) old shares basis (the "consolidation"). As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,546,670 with any fractional shares equal or greater to one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.

Acana Capital Corp. was granted an exemption from CNSX's requirement that the company change its name as part of a share consolidation. Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on May 11, 2012. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

At opening of trading on May 14, 2012, the shares will trade with a new CUSIP number, however the name and symbol will not change.
