Takeover Offer for Unique Broadband Systems Extended

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/11/12 -- 2064818 Ontario Inc. (the "Offeror") announces that it has extended its $0.08 per share takeover offer (the "Offer") for up to 10,000,000 common shares of Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. ("UBS"). The Offer is now set to expire at 8:00 p.m. (Toronto time), August 17, 2012. All other terms of the Offer described in the Offeror's Circular dated February 1, 2012 remain unchanged. The Offeror will mail to UBS's security holders and file on SEDAR a notice of extension of the Offer.
