M+W Group Acquires Engineering Company Specialized in the Power Plant Sector
Acquisition of Reliable Plant Solutions (RPS) GmbH

"This acquisition will give us an opportunity to provide our customers with turnkey power plant know-how from a single source all over the world", M+W Group CEO Jürgen Wild commented on the signing of the contract. RPS managing partner Dr. Bernd Kulbe added: "The global M+W Group organisation will give us more access to international power plant projects as well as the special project management competences available within the Group in the field of large, complex projects." The two companies have already established a good track record of mutual collaboration in joint projects over the last two years.
The RPS acquisition will enable M+W Group to provide a complete range of expertise in the design and construction of power plants fired by renewables and fossil fuels.
