Angus Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/14/12 -- Angus Mining (Namibia) Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ANA) ("Angus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that that its Board of Directors has granted stock options exerciseable for 200,000 common shares to Brian Morales, the Company's Chief Financial Officer as well as stock options exerciseable for 30,000 common shares to a consultant of the Company.
The stock options were granted under Angus' Stock Option Plan at an exercise price of $0.25 per common share. Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share for a period of five years.
