Fujitsu Launches Global Enterprise Management Services for SAP(R) Solutions
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/14/12 -- Fujitsu today announced the launch of its latest service offering, Global Enterprise Management Services (GEMS) for SAP(R) solutions, at the SAPPHIRE(R) NOW conference, being held in Orlando, Fla., May 14-16.
The offering is built on the success of the Fujitsu application management service (AMS) offering in support of SAP solutions being provided in North America and other parts of the world. The recognition of this offering by clients and partners has helped Fujitsu take this one step further and create GEMS.
GEMS provides a global industrialized model for the delivery of support and infrastructure services for SAP solutions within Fujitsu datacenters. It integrates the Fujitsu Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) virtualized enterprise cloud-enabled platform with its Global Delivery Centers and SAP solution-focused service centers. With GEMS, the Fujitsu Global Network is available and securely provisioned through the globally distributed access points of Fujitsu to provide clients with global connectivity. The strong relationship of Fujitsu with SAP AG in providing business solutions boosts the productivity and efficiency of organizations worldwide.
