American Diabetes Association Opens Call for Nominations for National Service Achievement Awards

These prestigious awards honor volunteers of the community who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to Stop Diabetes.

Nominations are being accepted for the following awards:















The call for nominations will remain open May 14, 2012, through June 20, 2012. Criteria for each of the awards and nomination information can be found on .
