Storebrand ASA : SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF BOND ISSUE

Storebrand ASA today successfully completed the issuance of NOK 750 million 5
year senior unsecured bonds carrying a coupon of Nibor + 2.40 %. Settlement date
for the bonds will be 24 May 2012.

The bond issue was arranged by Nordea Markets and SEB.
