LAMBDA TD Software Q1 2012 Sales Double Previous Quarter Results
Lambda’s strong start into 2012 beats expectations
LAS VEGAS (NV), May 15, 2012: LAMBDA TD Software Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN: US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2012. LAMBDA reported first quarter sales of USD $635,337, more than doubling sales of the previous quarter. The majority of revenues are attributed to sales from the Mira Villa Summerlin project and ramped up sales of the new Condoplex “Cloud Kiosk”.

Corcoran, CEO of LAMBDA TD Software, comments, “While our flagship LFE™ FIVE Smart Home & Universal Remote Control System has experienced consistent sales in the past few years, our dedication to the “open-source cloud platform” needed a breakout product to effectively enter the commercial markets. The “Cloud Kiosk” provides that entry and in a big way! We are now able to approach any size and scale project such as shopping malls, high rise commercial buildings, law offices, hotels & hospitality, retail and industrial businesses as well as municipalities. I am excited that the market reaction to the “Cloud Kiosk” has exceeded our expectations in sales already.”
The “Cloud Kiosk” serves as a door opener to new customers that allows LAMBDA an effective follow up sales of the LFE™ FIVE Smart Controls. LAMBDA is currently exploring even more possibilities of where the LAMBDA cloud-based systems can be installed for property managers and construction developers.
Still pushing the implementation of LAMBDA’s large multi-hundred unit projects, such as Nevada-based Mira Villa, forward, while simultaneously furthering large developer projects like the Laguna Del Mar project in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, the Great Park Neighborhoods project In Irvine, California and a large upscale hotel project near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is growing LAMBDA’s customer base. LAMBDA is also extending its revenue streams through close partnerships with industry leading architectural firms such as Bent Severin Design Group in Scottsdale, Arizona, and collaborations with future projects such as NIGA (National Indian Gaming Association) Grand Canyon and Gila River. We are also exploring a close collaboration with a major Taiwan manufacturer for a potential LAMBDA TD Software office to be opened next year in Shanghai, China.
