Scheduled for the Intercontinental Toronto Centre, this year's event will attract international participation from leaders in timeshare, fractionals, vacation clubs, and other vacation ownership products.
Paul Nursey of the Canadian Tourism Commission will launch the conference by presenting the Opening Address, followed by Keynote Speaker, Howard Nusbaum, President/CEO of the American Resort Development Association, ARDA.
Jason Tremblay will speak on the panel, "Secondary Market = Primary Concerns" which will collectively look at issues of the timeshare resale marketplace, including needs and HOA challenges. On this panel will be speakers Jeff Ingram, Brendan Hawkins, and Julie Thompson, with Moderator Rob Webb, senior hospitality partner at the law firm of Baker Hostetler.
Tremblay will speak again at the conference during the Closing Plenary Session, called, "The Last Word: Ask the Experts." Described as an all-star panel of some of the world's most prominent professionals, Tremblay, along with Ross Perlmutter, president/CEO of the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA); Gordon Gurnick, president, RCI; Howard Nusbaum, president/CEO, ARDA; David Callaghan, vice president resort sales and service, Interval International; Rob Webb, senior hospitality partner, Baker Hostetler; and Craig Morganson, CEO, Holiday Systems International, will share insights on the current state of the industry, discussing trends, shifts, and adjustments that are shaping vacation ownership today.
