Sangoma Announces Appointment of Auditor

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/15/12 -- Sangoma® Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE: STC), is pleased to announce that Deloitte & Touche LLP has been appointed to succeed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers resigned as the Company's auditor on May 14, 2012, at the request of the Company.

All procedures have been followed under NI 51-102 regarding the change of auditor and, as required, a Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the required letters from Deloitte & Touche LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will be filed via SEDAR and with each securities commission in each province that the Company is a reporting issuer.

Deloitte & Touche LLP's appointment is effective May 15, 2012 and shall continue until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders.
