Mannix Resources Inc. Amended and Restated Documents Refiled on SEDAR
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/16/12 -- Mannix Resources Inc. ("Mannix" or the "Company") announces that as result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosure.
The Company made applications to both the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) and the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) to revoke the Cease Trade Orders (CTO) issued against the Company. In connection with the application, the BCSC reviewed the Company's December 31, 2011 interim quarterly filings on SEDAR and requested the Company amend and restate certain information in the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the interim period ended December 31, 2011.

In addition to filing the amended and restated MD&A document the Company also filed a new Form 52-109F2R -Certification of Refiled Interim Filing - for both the CEO and CFO, for the interim period ended December 31, 2011.
