Silvercorp Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend of CAD$0.025
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/18/12 -- Silvercorp Metals Inc. ("Silvercorp" or the "Company") (TSX: SVM)(NYSE: SVM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its fourth quarter fiscal 2012 dividend of CAD$0.025 per share to be paid on or before July 20, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29th, 2012. The dividends are considered eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
