4381874 Canada Inc., Societe en commandite Bent and BCR Management Inc. Announce Acquisition of Shares of Global Seafarms Corporation
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/18/12 -- 4381874 Canada Inc., Societe en commandite BENT and BCR Management Inc. (collectively, the "Securityholders") announce that they have acquired the ownership of or direction or control over Class A Shares representing respectively 45.55%, 18.37% and 14.20% of the outstanding Class A Shares of Global SeaFarms Corporation (formerly, FRV Media Inc.) ("GSC") in connection with the reverse takeover of GSC by the shareholders of Global SeaFarms Group Inc. completed on May 17, 2012. The Class A Shares are subject to an escrow period in accordance with the applicable securities legislation.
Each of the Securityholders has acquired the Class A Shares for investment purposes and may from time to time acquire additional Class A Shares of GSC either on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell their respective Class A Shares either on the open market or through private dispositions. This news release is being issued under the early warning provisions of Canadian provincial securities legislation.
