Gouda - Royal Imtech N.V. (IM-AE, technical services provider in and outside
Europe) and sports marketing agency TIG Sports announce that Imtech will be
linked to beach volleyball for the coming four years. Imtech will become sponsor
of such events as the 2012 European Beach Volleyball Championships and the 2015
World Beach Volleyball Championships. The 2015 World Championships are planned
to take place in the Green Imtech Arena in The Hague, The Netherlands. Imtech is
also planning to support numerous national beach volleyball activities in
countries such as Germany, Poland, Great Britain, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden
and Norway.

René van der Bruggen, CEO Imtech: 'In recent years, Imtech has experienced
strong growth in Europe. This growth is also set to continue in the coming
years. Our objective is to realise revenues of 8 billion euro in 2015 (2011:
5.1 billion euro), with approximately half resulting through autonomous growth.
To realise this we need a large number of new technical specialists. However,
the technical employment market in Europe is limited in size. In order to
continue to be the best European technical services provider, we need the best
experts to commit to us and we're searching actively for them. Beach volleyball
will help us in this. In Europe it attracts a broad, young and technically-
educated audience. In addition, Europe-wide sports sponsorship fits with the
scale of operations we've now achieved. It leads to active 'branding' and an
even larger brand awareness among business target groups. Beach volleyball
offers distinctive support to the Imtech brand and our European image. In
relation to potential 'revenues' the investments are relatively small. It's
smart sponsorship, with a mega impact.'

Imtech is the third large sponsor in a short period to choose beach volleyball,




an up-and-coming dynamic Olympic sport. The rise of beach volleyball is only at
the start of what promises to be tremendous growth. In addition to millions of
European visitors at the dozens of beach volleyball events, the sport already
receives extensive TV exposure across Europe. Beach volleyball fits perfectly
with the current spirit and experience of a broad target group: top-level sport,
a short playing time, dynamic, high impact and fun. Together with Imtech we're
also expecting to realise our ambitious plans for sustainable and renewed
stadium construction for the 2015 World Championships in The Hague, the
Netherlands.'

Powerful and broad communication medium
Imtech is using beach volleyball as a powerful means of communication. Around
the sponsorship, Imtech will actively seek contact with various employment
market target groups via internet, YouTube and social media, as well as via
special employment marketing campaigns. This involves lower, senior and college-
educated technical specialists as well as intake from technical universities and
lower and senior technical schools. Short and inviting YouTube films will play
an important role here. At sponsored events, Imtech will have a dominant
presence with extensive 'boarding' and its own, extremely striking, presentation
stand, equipped with sustainable and high-tech 'show solutions'. Imtech will
also look to support various European top teams. These will be connected to the
employment market target groups via 'Meet & Greet' at the events as well as on
the website. There are also countless hospitality opportunities, for customers
too.

The official sponsorship agreement will be signed on 31 May 2012, during the
European Beach Volleyball Championships in The Hague. The Imtech top management
as well as 500 - 600 Imtech employees will be present. As company pride also
forms part of Imtech's objectives, employees in all Imtech offices across Europe
will also be informed in their own language via a special sponsorship magazine.
Employees will be enabled to visit the Imtech sponsored events together with
their partner and/or family in order to actively experience the Imtech brand.
