New Management Board member for secunet Security Networks AG
[Essen, 22 May 2012] Willem Bulthuis is to become the latest member of the
Management Board for secunet Security Networks AG, effective as of 1 July
2012.
The Chairman's Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Essen IT security
company has decided to recommend the appointment of the 49-year-old
Dutchman to become the third member of the Management Board to the
Supervisory Board at its meeting on 13 June 2012. Bulthuis will then follow
on from Thomas Koelzer, who retired on the 30 April 2012.
Willem Bulthuis comes to secunet with over 25 years of experience in the IT
and technology sector in international and industrial business activities.
The qualified engineer was most recently responsible for Global Marketing
and Sales Mobile Security at Giesecke&Devrient.
